Our Approach

Our mission is to help you create a space you’re proud of, one that inspires joy and makes your house truly feel like home. We design, manage, and execute projects from the ground up, including new construction, full-home renovations, and complete furnishings for clients across the country.

North & Madison was founded by Robin Flaherty and Jess Milburn with a vision of creating sophisticated, curated and colorful homes into personalized sanctuaries.
