Design Concept allows you to bring comfort and style to your home affordably and even virtually! We’ll work with you to design a space you’ll love, and then give you all the details on how to execute it yourself.
Available both in-person in the Chicago-region and nationally as a virtual service - you’ll get custom design perfect for you and your family. Design Concept projects are priced by room and packages start at $1,700 for a complete, custom design and product sourcing list.
How Design Concept Works
Show Us Your home
In your first appointment, we’ll ask you to give us a virtual tour of your home to get an idea of your style and see the space. We walk you through how to provide any detailed measurements we need and discuss any existing items you would like to use in the space.

What are your goals for this project?
What would you like to keep?
Design Phase Begins
We will create two design concepts to show you a few ideas of what can be done with your space. Concepts are presented two to four weeks after the onsite appointment.
Client approval
We will send you a list of all chosen items and notes on how to execute the project. You will be able to approve (or deny) each item, and ask any questions that come up along the way.
Happily ever after is on its way
Equipped with your final product list, you will order your items, execute your project, and live happily ever after!
Presentation Time!
We will present our first round of design concepts to you. Please provide us with feedback on the concepts that have been presented and the products that have been selected. Based on your feedback, we will then narrow down the design concepts to one option.
Pulling it all together
Once all items are approved, the final invoice is sent and paid. After this, you will receive your final product list.
